Acceptance
By creating an account or using Bloop you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Your account
You are responsible for your account and for activity under it. Provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
Your content & licence
You retain ownership of content you create or upload. You grant Bloop a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, stream, display and promote it within the app. You confirm you have the rights to anything you upload, including audio used for voice cloning or remixing.
AI-generated music
Tracks are generated using AI. Output may resemble existing styles; you are responsible for how you use and distribute it and for complying with applicable laws and third-party rights.
Acceptable use
No illegal, infringing, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, or harmful content; no impersonation; no attempts to abuse, scrape, or disrupt the service. We may remove content and suspend accounts that violate these rules. You can report content or block users in-app.
Credits, subscriptions & purchases
Generation uses credits. New accounts receive a one-time free allowance. You may buy credit packs or a Pro subscription via the app stores. Purchases are processed by Google Play / the App Store and subject to their terms; subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled in your store account. Except where required by law, purchases are non-refundable.
Copyright / DMCA
We respect intellectual property. If you believe content infringes your rights, email support@bloop.app with the work, the infringing item, and your contact info, and we will review and remove it where appropriate.
Disclaimers & liability
The app is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, Bloop is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Termination
You may stop using Bloop and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
